To analyse a product, Health Score sends the following to a third-party AI service:
- photos you take or select of a product’s label,
- the product’s barcode, and the product name and ingredient list we look up for it (from Open Food Facts),
- your app language and whether athlete mode is enabled.
Recipient. Google LLC, via the Gemini API. We may instead use Anthropic PBC’s Claude API for the same purpose, in which case it receives the same data.
Not sent. Your name, email address, account identifier and your allergy and diet preferences. Allergy warnings are computed on your device.
Purpose. Solely to produce the product’s health score and ingredient analysis. The resulting analysis is stored as a product record that is not linked to your account and may be shown to other users who scan the same product.
Consent. The app asks for your permission before the first analysis and sends nothing to the AI service until you agree. Features that do not use AI, such as the barcode origin finder, work without consent.
These providers process the data under their own terms and privacy policies, which provide protection equivalent to this policy.
To provide product analysis, run the token/reward economy, show the leaderboard, deliver ads, process subscriptions, and improve the app.
Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, Storage, Analytics), Google Gemini API, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and the app stores. Data is processed under their respective policies.
You can permanently delete your account and associated data anytime from Profile → Delete Account. This removes your user profile and leaderboard entries and deletes your authentication record.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Amaç. Yalnızca ürünün sağlık puanı ve içerik analizini oluşturmak için. Elde edilen analiz, hesabınızla bağlantılı olmayan bir ürün kaydı olarak saklanır ve aynı ürünü tarayan diğer kullanıcılara gösterilebilir.
Onay. Uygulama, ilk analizden önce izninizi ister ve siz onay verene kadar yapay zeka hizmetine hiçbir şey göndermez. Barkod menşe bulucu gibi yapay zeka kullanmayan özellikler, onay gerekmeksizin çalışır.
Bu sağlayıcılar, verileri kendi şartları ve gizlilik politikaları kapsamında işler; bu politikalar, işbu politikaya eşdeğer koruma sağlar.

Uygulama 13 yaş altı (veya ülkendeki asgari yaş) çocuklara yönelik değildir.
